Before you start
Do I need a payment card to use the credits?
Yes. Activation requires a verified phone, billing details and a payment card. Eligible new accounts receive R$100 after this step. You can check the balance and expiry in Billing.
Is this managed hosting?
No. You need technical knowledge to configure Linux, access, applications, updates and backups.
Does the price include disk and traffic?
Yes. The estimate includes compute, 20 GB of SSD and one public IPv4. Outbound transfer uses the organization’s shared allowance; only overage is charged. Snapshots and other additional resources have separate rates.
How does included transfer work?
The pool combines the organization’s monthly allowance with instance contributions, prorated to billed hours in the month. VPS instances, load balancers, databases and buckets in the same organization share it. The allowance resets each UTC calendar month and unused transfer does not roll over. Track usage and overage in the console.
Where do resources run?
Compute and storage run in São Paulo. Account, payment and communication providers may process data in other countries; see the Privacy Policy.
How do initial credits work?
Eligible new accounts receive R$100 in credits after activation. The amount and expiry appear in Billing. Exhausting credits does not stop resources or prevent further charges.
